Documentary on Iranian female rally driver

Afkarnews -The project which will chronicle the life of Laleh Seddiq is estimated to cost ۵۰ billion rials(over $۲.۵ million), PressTv reported.

Iran’s Documentary and Experimental Film Center(DEFC), affiliated with the Cinema Organization, plans to sponsor the project budget.

Iran ' s Deputy Culture Minister for Cinematic Affairs Javad Shamaqdari commissioned his advisor Jalil Erfanmanesh to revise the screenplay of the Laleh, which was written by Niknejad.

Born in ۱۹۷۷, Laleh Seddiq is an Iranian female race car driver who races both on circuits and in rallies. She has been called the " little Schumacher " after Germany ' s Michael Schumacher.

Seddiq, who started driving at the age of ۱۳ under her father’s instruction, has many successful experiences, even better results than many of her male counterparts.
